LIFETIME TRAINING PROGRAM
Our signature program, this customized course starts with private in-home lessons and then moves to outdoor park classes. Lessons covered include: sit, down, stay, wait, go-to-place, leash walking, focus exercises, body awareness exercises, formal and informal recall, finish to heel. We offer both on-leash and off-leash methods in this program so each client is ensured that their training goals will be met. Excellent for owners struggling with behavioral problems, new owners just starting out, or anyone wanting an awesome, happy, obedient dog. PUPPY BASICS
The executive puppy course! This private 4 week course is designed to get your puppy off on the right paw. All sessions are held in your home. Focus is on understanding how to provide effective leadership; health and nutrition; house training; finding solutions for problem behaviors and prevention; and the fundamentals of on-leash obedience - sit, down, stay, come, wait and leash walking. Motivational, play-based training techniques are used. This course is excellent for clients wanting to get started on training but prefer individual attention with a private coach.
BOARD AND TRAIN
Have your dog trained by an professional! Board and Train is a great alternative for people who do not have the time or schedule to train their own dog. Because this is an in-home training program, your dog will be comfortable and will be learning directly in the environment where most problems occur! We can teach a number of obedience commands and behavioral problem solving, personalized to your requirements and dogs needs! A 3 week program is usually best, however we can alter any training program for your canine friend.
RETRIEVER TRAINING
Come learn to train your dog for high levels of retriever training. Don't send your dog off to live in a kennel while someone else trains him. We teach you how to take your dog through a trained retrieve (force fetch) and get your dog understanding how to take remote casts and run long marks and blinds. If you want an awesome hunting partner or you want to compete in hunt test competitions, this hands on training is for you. Your dog will learn to deliver a bird to hand and also go pick up a lost bird for a hunter who might not have a dog.
RETRIEVER BOARD AND TRAIN
We will keep your dog in our home as part of our family while this 2 month program is carried out. A great alternative for the busy person! Your dog will be taken through the trained retrieve training and will be reliably marking and running blinds. Your dog will be introduced to live birds as well as bumper training. We will start your dog on directional work and have your dog casting on both water and land. Owners will be encouraged to come out and work with their dogs as often as it is convenient for them to do so.
